Shipping and Shipping Damage
We ship your order using the safest, fastest and most reliable method possible. Please note that deliveries can only be made to an actual street address – no P.O. boxes of any kind can be used. An adult signature may be required to release a delivery for some orders.
It is important for you to promptly and thoroughly inspect your shipment upon receipt!
Any damage made to the shipping carton or product itself must be clearly noted on the freight bill and/or with the delivery carrier BEFORE the driver leaves. This will allow us to quickly assist you in correcting any issues that may arise. Once damage is noted, you may refuse delivery of the damaged item(s) if you prefer to have a replacement shipped at no additional charge OR you can elect to keep it if you prefer that it be repaired. Please note that keeping a defective item does not warrant a discount of any kind. In all cases, you must immediately notify us by phone (315-732-6189) or ) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) of any damaged shipments.
Hidden Damage or Missing Parts
We want you to be happy with your product and understand that sometimes shipping damages, material defects or missing parts can’t be discovered until you assemble your purchase. If you have already accepted delivery of your order and discover any of these issues, please contact us by phone or email within 5 days of delivery so we can take appropriate action to resolve the problem. You should NOT assemble any product that is damaged, defective or missing pieces as doing so may cause further damage. Furthermore, we may elect to replace rather than repair damaged items in which case the original product will need to be returned to us unassembled and in the same condition and packing materials that you received it in.
Order Changes, Cancellations and Delivery Refusals
Requests to change or cancel any order should be made as soon as possible after order placement. Since items could ship the same day your order is placed, we cannot guarantee requests made after 4:00 P.M. EST will be processed before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Except for damaged shipments, if you refuse delivery of an order without our prior written approval, you will be charged the applicable restocking fee (typically 25% of item purchase price) and all actual shipping costs even if your original order was shipped at no charge. For these reasons, you MUST call us (315-732-6189) to request order changes or cancellation so that we may process your request in a timely manner. Requests made exclusively in any other form cannot be processed.
Please note that any item that is made-to-order, personalized or custom-made is not eligible for return unless you notify us in writing of a manufacturing defect. In such cases, we will exchange the item for you. Orders we shipped in error will be corrected at our expense provided you notify us in writing. All other returns must be requested in writing and will be subject to a minimum 25% re-stocking fee plus our actual shipping costs to you. Products must be returned to us bearing the Return Authorization (RA) number we provide on the shipping container only and be in new condition, unused, unassembled, unmodified and in their original packing material as shipped to you. All notices or requests involving returns must be made to us in writing to email@example.com within 5 days of delivery.
